Save yourself lots of money by getting the negatives!
Photographers, throughout history, made their money by shooting your event, supplying you with a proof (preview photograph), then charging you substantially for any copies you wish to order. This practice seems unfair to me. I always include negatives. The negatives are sleeved in archival material and delivered to you at the same time as the wedding photos, generally in about two weeks.
