Terms and Conditions

All photogrpahy is guarenteed for every circumstance reasonably within the photographers control. However although every effort will be made to provide you with a full complement of professional wedding photos, human, equipment, and processing errors do occur from time to time. For this reason, signing this contract constitues your agreement that the photographer's liability is limited to a maximum of any payment made and then only in a major loss.

A $350.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the wedding date. The balance is due upon the receipt of the preview photographs.

In signing this contract, both the photographer and the clients agree to do their best to have a fabulous time at their wedding!
